 At Palettes Services, we have made the choice to internalize our delivery operations by managing our own fleet of tractors, semi-trailers, and flatbed roll-off trucks.

This decision is based on two main objectives : first, to take full control of our logistics flows in order to ensure optimal responsiveness and service quality for our clients. Second, as part of our CSR commitment and our focus on environmental responsibility, managing our transport internally allows us to monitor and reduce its ecological impact. In this spirit, we have also joined the 'Objectif CO2' charter, supported by ADEME, to structure our efforts in reducing emissions.

Furthermore, thanks to our experienced logistics team specialized in freight forwarding, we also have the ability to outsource deliveries in order to be even more reponsive.

Pick up

   At Palettes Services, we have implemented efficient facilities to ensure agile and rapid pallet collection. Thanks to our fleet of trucks and flatbeds, we provide smooth and reliable pick-up services that meet our clients needs.

However, our approach goes beyond the material aspect: it is built on rigorous organization and effective project management. We provide streamlined and regular collection tracking, along with measurable reporting, enabling us to respond quickly to requests .

This agility ensures optimal turnover between the stock of used pallets and the stock of new pallets .

Recovery

Committed to environmental sustainability, we collect used pallets so our sorting and repair teams can restore them and promote their reuse. We never consider a pallet to be beyond repair. When wooden pallets can be refurbished, defective coponents are replaced in our workshop in Naves. If repair is not feasible, the pallet is dismantled, and the wood waste is recycled into sawdust bags, kindlinf wood nets, or made available in a dedicated colelction area.

Thanks to our commitment to sustainability, repairing used pallets allows us to offer recycled pallets that are just as sturdy for handling, logistics, and goods transportation.

Treatment and drying

At Palettes Services, in addition to purchasing pallets and other wooden packaging, you can opt for treatment in compliance with the ISPM 15 standard ( International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No.15). Approved by the Regional Directorate for Food, Agriculture and Forestry to carry out this treatment, we also offer this service for your own wooden packaging, even if it was not purchased from us.

Our treatment kiln also allows us to offer a wood drying service, ensuring optimal control of the material's moisture content. This humidity control is essential in certain industries to keep mosture levels below a specific threshold.
