Malo and Anatole : Growing Together progressing with Purpose

We are proud to support Malo and Anatole throughout their journey to the 2028 Olympic Games, standing by them at every stage of their athletic and personal development .

The World Cup season has begun, bringing its share of challenges and revelations for our sailing team, led by Malo and Anatole. During the Palma leg, a disappointing performance served as a wake-cup call. It highlighted a missing piece in their performance puzzle: tactical ease, the ability to make quick, accurate decisions amid the uncertainty of the racecourse.

And that's the whole point of the season's start: learning. Because for everything else, everything is already well in place, communication on board, strategy, technique, boat handling nutrition. The foundation is solid.

Hyères : Confirm, Understand, Build

In Hyères, at the end of April, our two athletes showed noticeable progress. Very few technical or strategic errors. But on thing remained clear: there is still significant room for improvement in tactical finesse. The challenge ? To review their approach and build a solid action plan.

A simple, clear, and structured plan :

  • Work on technique in depth , with rigor
  • Put in into concrete practice on the water, every day

Surround Yourself to Move Forward Better

In this spirit of shared progress, they chose to surround themselves with an Olympic medalist expert in the Finn class, a series known for its rigor and tactical demands.

His support is much more than technical advice. It is a sharing of vision, a transfer of knowledge, and an insightful yet demanding external perspective. He brings us both :

  • A structured theoretical content to nurture race intelligence
  • On-site support to turn ideas into action

A sense of teamwork

What we are experiencing with this team is, above all, a human adventure. Progress is measured not only by raw performance but also by the quality of the journey traveled together. Malo and Anatole are not alone: they move forward with the support of a committed circle, experts, partners, a staff... And a company like Palettes Services, which shares with them the same vision of commitment and teamwork.

At Palettes Services, we firmly believe that sustainable performance is built on strong values: trust, cooperation, listening, the right to make mistakes, and a shared commitment to effort. These principles guide us daily in how we operate internally, and they also make our support for Malo and Anatole so coherent and natural.

It is this invisible fabric, woven from trust, listening, and honest feedback, that creates the real conditions for progress. And it is humble and committed approach that we stand for.

And then ?

June will be decisive: the European Championship on May 31st, followed by the kiel World Cup in mi-June, with essential training phases in between. The goal: to establish a lasting, intelligently designed ' masterplan ' for development.

Malo and Anatole are moving forward, supported and surrounded, ready to take the next step. The work continues, and together we will go far.
